Returns & Exchanges


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. 


Orders must be returned within 7 days of delivery date. 


Your return must be requested through your account, top right of the page.
(within 7 days)
The return must be shipped within 4 days of request 
otherwise we cannot accept the return

Returns must be received in original, unused condition (with tags attached). If an item has stains/ smells or any appearance of being worn, it will not be accepted as a return, and you will be responsible for the reshipping fee. 


DAMIGELLA maintains the right to deny a return if the item does not meet the above requirements. If we receive damaged items or past due returns, we will contact you and hold item(s) for 48 hours only. You may provide a pre-paid shipping label within that time frame, and we will ship it back to you.



Return fee is 15% of your purchase total. 
(for a $100 order, the fee would be $15)



Exchanged items become final sale. In person exchange option available (we are located in Crown Heights)

*All items on the SALE page can NOT be returned/ exchanged/ or refunded! Promo codes and sales beyond 15% discount are final sale. No exceptions. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable.  

International Returns

We do not provide return labels for anywhere outside the US. 

Lost, Stolen, Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your package is lost or stolen, we recommend you contact the carrier to file a claim or your local authorities.


PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANYTHING WITHOUT REQUESTING FIRST - WE CANNOT TRACK THE RETURN AND IT WILL NOT BE PROCESSED!
